Report your weekly COVID test results.  Take a test and report your results every Monday before 12 noon of rehearsals, so once a week for 7 weeks.

Please upload a picture of your test results as a PNG or JPEG file.
*If you’re using your phone, take the picture when you click “Choose File.”
Do not try to load a picture from your photo album.
