WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Music Hall

As you walk into the theater, you’ll be greeted by ticket takers who can scan the code on your ticket or if you haven’t purchased your ticket, direct you to the box office where you can purchase a ticket with credit card or cash and also pick up your Will Call tickets.

Your ticket at the Music Hall is for a specific seat. Music Hall ushers will direct you to the right entrance to the theater based on your ticket. There are main floor entrances that are approached by walking up a set of stairs to the back of the house. Ushers in your aisle entrance will provide you with a program and escort to your seat.

  • Mezzanine and Balcony seats can be accessed via stairs or an elevator.
  • Restrooms are available on each floor.
  • There will be an intermission in between the two acts of the show.
